Sea Splash Langkawi – Terms & Conditions
By booking and participating in a cruise with Sea Splash Langkawi (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“guest”, “customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or directly with our sales team.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
1.3 You will receive a confirmation email with cruise details once payment is processed successfully.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Guest Cancellations:
• More than 7 days before cruise date → Full refund (minus transaction fees).
• 3–6 days before cruise date → 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours before cruise date → No refund.
2.2 No-Show: Guests who fail to arrive on time for boarding will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
2.3 Operator Cancellations (Weather / Safety):
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances where we must cancel the cruise, guests may choose between:
• Full refund, OR
• Rescheduling to another available date.
3. Boarding & Cruise Policies
3.1 Guests must arrive at the boarding jetty at least 30 minutes before departure time.
3.2 Boarding closes 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
3.3 For safety reasons, our crew reserves the right to refuse boarding to guests who appear intoxicated, disruptive, or unfit for travel.
3.4 All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the crew at all times.
4. Children & Families
4.1 Children are welcome onboard but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
4.2 Life jackets for children will be provided and must be worn when instructed.
5. Liability & Insurance
5.1 Sea Splash Langkawi provides insurance coverage for all paying guests as required by law.
5.2 We are not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or accidents arising from guest negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
5.3 Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We recommend bringing minimal valuables onboard.
6. Food & Beverages
6.1 Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless approved in advance (e.g., special dietary requirements).
6.2 Alcoholic beverages may be served onboard. Guests are expected to drink responsibly.
7. Private Charters
7.1 Special terms apply for private yacht charters, including customized itineraries and catering.
7.2 A 50% deposit is required to secure private charter bookings, with the balance payable 14 days before the event.
7.3 Cancellations for private charters must be made at least 14 days in advance for a partial refund.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, or technical issues.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
